Amy and Ben
2 people in a field

Wow .... we had so much fun !!!
Amy and Ben, two of the quirkiest people I know,  have asked me to shoot their wedding at Bodium Castle in July: the request came with a warning, "we hate having our photos taken and we are not photogenic at all ......"

So this shoot was not designed for its beauty or creativity, it was designed purely to give Amy and Ben a session to relax and see that photography sessions can actually be fun, and the woman yielding a black box is not a monster.
So with storm clouds rolling in and out we jumped the garden fence and headed for the field yonder. I am sure you'll agree that after all their trepidation we captured some great moments.

Chloe and Kel

Chloe and Kel - {engagement session}

A few days before I left Brisbane I had great afternoon in the beautiful Botanical Gardens @ Mt.Cootha with Chloe and Kel. With their wedding round the corner they wanted to be sure to record this special and exciting time.
Chatting and laughing our way around the gardens the session seemed like it took only a few moments. I love watching the expressions on (usually) the guys faces as they realise the whole session was so much easier than they thought and in fact was quite a laugh.

I'm all for relaxed shooting and love providing a great experience, with images that take the clients right back to those special moments. Its a great feeling.

Ashlea and Pete

Ashlea and Pete - {engagement session}

I just love shooting 'love' ... love ...love .... love it, and I had the pleasure of shooting this gorgeous couples engagement session last weekend; who had love in bucket and spades and then some.

They choose Suttons Beach, Redcliffe,as their location and when asked what they should do ... i said "just be natural".
So we played a few games and the rest is all them. How they are, how much love they share, two souls becoming one.

I'm sure all you lovers and dreamers out there will enjoy this blog

and 'feel the love'
